Clip Army

Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Clip Army's content-management and social-media scheduling service (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1The Service

Clip Army lets you connect social media accounts you own or are authorized to manage, schedule and publish content to them through each platform's official API, and view performance information. The Service acts on your instructions and on behalf of the account owners who authorize it.

2Eligibility and accounts

3Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Each connected platform's own rules apply in full to content you publish through the Service, and you remain responsible for compliance with them.

4Your content

You retain all rights to the content you schedule through the Service. You grant Clip Army the limited permission needed to store, process, and transmit that content to the platforms you direct us to post to, solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to publish the content you queue.

5Third-party platforms

The Service depends on APIs provided by third-party platforms. Those platforms may change, limit, or discontinue their APIs at any time, which may affect the Service. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of any third-party platform, and your use of each platform is governed by that platform's own terms.

6Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that scheduled content will always publish successfully, as delivery depends on third-party platforms outside our control.

8Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clip Army will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to the Service, other users, or a connected platform.
